What makes a great personal trainer?  Is it their education, their
experience or their personality? All of the above!  A great personal
trainer is one that has the education to make sure you perform your
exercises correctly, communicates the proper technique and
encouragement, motivates you to push forward when you feel
like quitting, and knows your limitations and how to get around
them to achieve your goals.

A great personal trainer is well rounded in all these areas and can
obtain results for their clients as individuals.  Precision Personal
Training searches for this type of trainer. One that can train at
any level and cater to all individual needs.
These are great personal trainers!

 Kathleen Currie
Kathleen Currie was raised in Belize and, later, Mississippi. Her parents were very active and instilled in her the value of eating fresh, healthy food and getting outside and away from the television. When she was fifteen, she suffered from an eating disorder which left her very underweight. She turned to resistance training in order to gain weight in a healthy way. After gaining thirty pounds of lean body mass, she was hooked on the benefits of resistance training! After years of weight training, she got certified through E.S.A. (Exercise Safety Association) as a personal trainer. She then went on to study nutrition, holistic health, and art in college. She graduated in December, 2005, from Prescott College with a B.A. in Holistic Health and Wellness, and a minor in Visual Art. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, biking, hiking, yoga, doing art, listening to music, good films, good friends, and working out.

 Julie Wilson
I was born and raised in England and moved to Tucson in February 2006 to be with my husband. It was very much a culture shock to begin with but I am adjusting to life in the Desert and now perusing my dream career in Personal Training.  I worked in Human Resources back in England and I knew that a desk job was not for me, I’m not very good at sitting still for very long!! Going to the gym in my lunch hour everyday helped to realize that the world of fitness was where I wanted to work, so I gained my Group Exercise certification and began teaching aerobics classes twice a week.  Once I moved to Tucson I got my group cycling and Personal Trainer certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America ( AFAA).  I have taught Group Cycling and Body Sculpting classes and have trained one on one with a variety of clients. I enjoy being a positive influence in helping people on their journey to achieving their fitness goals and to live a healthy life.  In my spare time I enjoy cycling, running, reading and teaching aerobics classes.
