PERSONAL TRAINERS

All of the above!  A great personal trainer is one that has the education to make sure you perform your exercises correctly, communicates the proper technique and encouragement, motivates you to push forward when you feel like quitting, and knows your limitations and how to get around them to achieve your goals.

A great personal trainer is well rounded in all these areas and can obtain results for their clients as individuals.  Precision Personal Training searches for this type of trainer. One that can train at any level and cater to all individual needs. These are great personal trainers!

 Laura Schoenborn
I was born and raised in Tucson and have been a personal trainer for more than 13 years. I have a bachelors degree from the University of Arizona and have traveled all over the United States teaching functional fitness modalities to wellness centers, hospitals, universities and health clubs. Although I have a diverse background and experience in most exercise modalities, I have a passion for functional fitness and teaching lifestyle change. I had the opportunity early in my career to work with a team from the Cooper Institute in developing curriculum for Stability Ball and Functional Training. It was the ultimate learning experience and gave me the foundation to create my own niche in the fitness industry. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele from weight loss to Parkinson's disease, young and old. I have been with Precision Personal Training for almost 6 years and I am very fortunate to make a career out of doing what I love. I look forward to meeting you soon.

 Julie Wilson
I was born and raised in England and moved to Tucson in February 2006 to be with my husband. It was very much a culture shock to begin with but I am adjusting to life in the Desert and now perusing my dream career in Personal Training.  I worked in Human Resources back in England and I knew that a desk job was not for me, I’m not very good at sitting still for very long!! Going to the gym in my lunch hour everyday helped to realize that the world of fitness was where I wanted to work, so I gained my Group Exercise certification and began teaching aerobics classes twice a week.  Once I moved to Tucson I got my group cycling and Personal Trainer certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America ( AFAA).  I have taught Group Cycling and Body Sculpting classes and have trained one on one with a variety of clients. I enjoy being a positive influence in helping people on their journey to achieving their fitness goals and to live a healthy life.  In my spare time I enjoy cycling, running, reading and teaching aerobics classes.
