Semi-Private training is designed for 3 or 4 participants and is geared for those who want the personal attention, but don’t want to exercise alone. This is a great alternative to the traditional one-on-one personal training or large group classes offered at many conventional gyms.
You'll train 2 or 3 times a week at our studio with your Personal Trainer. There are no big crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions. The focus is completely on YOU. Our personal trainers motivate, educate, support, and empower you every step of the way.
