Private one-on-one personal training provides custom design fitness
programs that are based on individual goal setting and fitness
assessments. Each session is an hour long and consists of a short warm
up, stretching, variety of exercises and tools, cardiovascular
intervals and nutrition. A professional trainer is with you at all
times.
