  Our programs range from weight loss, muscle building, sport specific, core training, balance and stability, functional training, rehabilitation, conditioning and more. Sometimes a program developed for a client may contain several aspects of the above programs to incorporate exactly what that individual wants and needs in their workouts. You will then be placed with a personal trainer that best suits your personality and your physical needs. From that point on you will meet with your trainer two to three times a week by appointment only. The facility will be available to you, as a client, for the additional cardiovascular homework that you may be given, depending on your program. Your trainer will keep close tabs on your progression and make changes as necessary.
