FITT Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs six times weekly, for four weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. Our Boot Camp is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
FITT Camp is based upon the principles of discipline, motivation, and teamwork! Even though the workouts are based on a boot camp style training program, no one will ever embarrass or harass you. This program is about having FUN, motivation, and seeing REAL results!

If you work hard in camp and follow our basic nutrition guidelines, you will see results! On average, most clients lose approximately 1/2 to 1 pound of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose 5-10 pounds in a 10-week period.
What’s holding you back from joining a class today? Cost? Out of shape? Too busy?
FITT Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. You get the best of both worlds, at a fraction of the cost! We all live busy lives. With morning and evening sessions, you can easily work the classes into your busy schedule. And, the extra energy you’ll begin to feel will help you be more productive throughout the rest of your daily activities.
Motivation: The Key to Your Success
Motivation is a major key to your success. Our course is continuously being developed to keep motivation levels high. No two workouts will ever be the same! Not only is this a mark of a well-designed program, but it also prevents the boredom that many people experience after committing to a long-term fitness regimen. Each person at FITT Camp starts and finishes together. This bonds individuals into a group, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program.
Stretching, Balanced Workout, and Measuring Results
Each class begins with a good stretch, followed by a workout that combines strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises. Each class ends with a thought-provoking devotional. Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the four-week program to gauge each person’s fitness improvements.
Classes meet six times a week, and in addition to the workouts, include initial body fat assessment, weigh in, nutritional plan, and meal recipes.
What’s a daily workout session like?
There will be a variety of workouts during the four week period. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of the workouts. When you arrive at the training site, you should stretch until formation time. Our warm-ups usually consist of calisthenics and total body flexibility exercises to prepare your system for the upcoming session, and we culminate with exercises to cool the body down. In addition, you will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction that the FITT Camp partner format allows.
What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a hand towel. Always bring water with you to FITT Camp.
You may also want to bring a yoga type mat to put down on the grass during core exercises.
Who can/should attend?
FITT Camp is designed for all fitness levels. You don’t have to be fit to start. Our assessments are based upon physical fitness standards. This means you compete against set norms for your age/gender. We establish a baseline during week one, with the 2 minute pushup, 2 minute sit up, and 1 mile run. Also, we perform body fat analysis. We will guide you with finding your resting and target heart rates, blood pressure, girth measurement, and assist you with information for your nutritional goals.
