After completing a questionnaire on your current nutritional habits, we will design a nutritional plan that will be based on your basal metabolic rate, calories you need to consume in order to maintain your existing weight, subtract calories from that amount and use the extra expended calories burned during your workouts and cardiovascular routine to determine the exact amount of calories you should be taking in each day.
